“My wife and I just lost our house in the Almeda fire in southern Oregon on September 8th. I had less than 3 minutes to get out and I had a couple of sweats and a t-shirt. Made it to my wife’s office where we slept on the floor for 3 nights. The Red Cross is a great organization and the generosity of the people who live here is enormous. We’re pretty stable and we’re getting a little better every day. So many people lost everything and weren’t insured. We’ll get through this and time will heal.
I started my Essential Primal Movements this week and hope to start sprinting again this weekend. My food intake was low but high quality. The stress was incredible, but I think I got through the worst because I was Primal.
All the best to this community and hold onto your loved ones. Hope to join the joke again when things work out for us. “
