Whether I’m exercising or doing my daily yoga flow, listening to affirmative, upbeat music is one of my favorite ways to increase my vibration and change my emotions. When I hear lyrics or sounds that match the way I want to feel, it instantly increases my energy.
The choice of my music isn’t too methodical – it just depends on how I want to feel. So I make sure I have different pre-selected playlists to choose from on a given day. Some of my playlists contain lyrics while others are instrumentals only. For example, in my meditation and relaxation sessions, I find that instrumental music frees my mind and opens my heart to receive messages that I call “divine downloads”.
