Ready? How do you do it:
Set a timer to run a clock. Make sure it is visible to you at all times. Set the timer for 20 minutes. Do each movement for 30 seconds
Rest: 20 seconds between trains
Keep turning the four trains until this timer shows 20 minutes! You’ll sweat, smile, and be happy that you did this 20 minute bodyweight workout!
