It’s super light and compact – so it’s easy to use in everyday use and store in small places (it can fit vertically in a locker). It is effective. I can feel the ups and downs of my back chain. It’s pretty unique too. Who would have thought a board could do so much? You can squat, deadlift, lunge, hip thrust, donkey kick, hamstring curl, and more. I love the versatility, which from my point of view enables a complete lower body workout with just one device.

I like to start my workout by activating my glutes with light resistance, focusing on simple, single movements, and then moving on to strong resistance for work sets – which are compound movements to me.
